Refund Policy

The free CVCooked roast does not involve any payment, so no refund is possible or necessary. You are welcome to use the free tier as many times as our daily rate limits allow.

The paid “Fix Me Completely” tier (₹499 INR / $19.99 USD / CAD $24.99) is a one-time purchase. Because the deliverable is produced on demand by third-party AI models with real per-unit costs, refunds are time-limited and condition-limited:

• Eligible: Refunds are available within 1 hour of payment, only if AI processing of your rewrite has not yet started.
• Not eligible: Once AI processing has begun, or once the rewritten resume and supporting files have been delivered to your email or made available for download, the purchase is non-refundable.
• Not eligible: Dissatisfaction with the quality, tone, or accuracy of AI-generated output alone is not grounds for a refund. AI output is guidance only, as disclosed in our Terms of Service.
• Discretionary: If the Service fails to deliver due to a clear technical fault on our side (e.g., payment captured but no deliverable generated within 24 hours, or corrupted files), we will issue a full refund or re-run the deliverable at our discretion.

Email the.apexx.solutions@gmail.com from the email address used for the purchase, with the following information:

• Payment reference or order ID (Razorpay or Stripe).
• Date and approximate time of payment.
• Reason for the refund request.

Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days from the date we confirm eligibility. After we initiate the refund with Razorpay or Stripe, the time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer — typically 5–10 business days in India and 5–15 business days for international cards. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, we may dispute it with supporting records (payment logs, AI-processing timestamps, delivered files). We encourage you to email us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
